Jill Moylan

Jill Moylan is the founder, owner, and broker of Home Advantage Realty Lowcountry. She is a lifelong South Carolinian who grew up on a farm in Chester County.

Jill started Home Advantage Realty over three decades ago in Columbia, South Carolina. The company has now grown to five offices with over 100 real estate agents across the state. Jill brings state of the art technology and concierge level client service to the Edisto real estate market.



After graduating from Presbyterian College with a B.A. in English, Jill earned an M.A. in English Literature from the University of South Carolina. Prior to founding Home Advantage Realty, she taught adult education and worked as a grant reviewer for the National Endowment for Humanities in Washington, D.C. Jill later returned to South Carolina where she worked in the University of South Carolina’s Office of Institutional Planning as editor of the university’s 1990 SACS self-study.

Jill has served on the Board of Trustees of Presbyterian College and has served, along with her husband, on the Woodberry Forest School board of advisors. Jill enjoys spending her free time walking her dogs and fishing offshore of Edisto.


 She and her husband, John, have two adult children, John and Eva, both of whom work for Home Advantage Realty.
