Angie Araneo

Angie grew up in rural Colleton County and worked with The United States Postal Service for over 20 years. She first obtained her real estate license in 2010. In 2019, Angie and her husband, Mike, made Edisto their full time home.

She serves buyers and sellers throughout South Carolina’s Lowcountry. With a passion for real estate and a strong knowledge of the region’s coastal communities, rural farmland, and historic small towns, Angie is committed to helping clients achieve their real estate goals with confidence and ease. Her approach is built on listening first—understanding each client’s unique needs and guiding them through every step of the process. Whether assisting a first-time buyer, managing a new construction purchase, marketing a waterfront property, or advising on land and investment opportunities, Angie combines local expertise with a client-focused mindset to deliver results. Proud to call the Lowcountry home, Angie builds lasting relationships and makes the buying and selling experience as smooth and satisfying as possible.

When she’s not working with clients, Angie enjoys spending time with her family, traveling with her husband and grandchildren, exploring the Lowcountry’s waterways, and finding inspiration in the region’s coastal charm. Her favorite place to be is on her dock with her grandchildren, amid a background chorus of love, laughter, and splashing.
