Meet The Jill Moylan Team

Jill Moylan, owner of Home Advantage Realty, LLC, is an Edisto Beach and Walterboro homeowner and has been a regular here for more than 20 years.  

Jill, a licensed real estate broker, has been a licensed real estate agent in South Carolina for more than fifteen years and has been awarded the Realtors' coveted Lifetime Circle of Excellence Award for Outstanding Achievement in Real Estate Sales.  

Previously, Jill worked for the University of South Carolina, where she obtained her Masters Degree in English after earning her B.A. degree from Presbyterian College. She is the mother of two children who love Edisto Beach and Walterboro.

Betty Llew Sanders, a lifelong resident of nearby Walterboro, has been spending time at Edisto Beach and Walterboro her entire life. Betty knows the ins and outs of Edisto -- where to eat, where to shop, where to crab, where to ski, and where to live. 

Betty Llew Sanders taught in Colleton County schools for more than thirty years and serves as director of the gifted and talented program and on the South Carolina Consortium for Gifted Education. She is an elder in Bethel Presbyterian Church and is the mother of two children.
